What can I rent from Vita Design Co?
Event bars, backdrops and photo walls, arches, sunburst sugar skull displays, a giant sugar skull altar, ornaments and holiday decor, and custom pieces. We also design and build custom trade show booths.
Do you work with cities and corporate clients?
Yes. We provide rentals and installations for city and municipal events, corporate events and trade shows, and private celebrations.
Can you add our logo to a rental?
Yes. Most rentals can be customized with your logo, brand colors, event name, or custom graphics.
How far in advance should I book?
In-stock rentals typically need about one week of lead time, and custom-built pieces about 20 days. For city events, trade shows, and the Día de los Muertos and holiday seasons, reach out as early as possible.
Do you deliver across Dallas–Fort Worth?
Yes. We deliver, install, and pick up across the entire Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex from our home base in Garland and Royse City. Locations farther from our home base may include a travel add-on, always quoted up front.
Are you insured?
Yes. Vita Design Co carries full business insurance coverage, and we can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue or event on request.
How much does it cost to rent event decor?
Pricing depends on the pieces, quantity, event date, location, and customization. Contact us with your event details for a free quote.
